§ 1 General Information

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the Service.
  2. The administrator of personal data contained in the service is: Hotel Polonia Zbigniew Koczwara based in Namysłów.
  3. In order to ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent unauthorized access to the data. We control their implementation and constantly check their compliance with relevant legal acts—the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, as well as all types of executive acts and acts of community law.

§ 2 Data Processing

  1. Personal Data is processed based on the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data based on legal provisions or for the purpose of implementing the Agreement concluded between the parties.
  2. The User whose data is concerned has the right to access the data, rectify, delete, or limit processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  3. Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider’s organization is possible electronically at the email address: polonia@op.onet.pl.
  4. The Administrator reserves the right to process the User’s data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for the purposes of pursuing any claims before a court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige the Administrator to retain data.
  5. The Administrator does not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under the relevant legal provisions.
  6. The Administrator has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data with entities authorized under the relevant legal provisions (e.g., law enforcement authorities).
  7. Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawing consent or lodging a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

§ 3 Cookies

  1. The website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser software on the computer. When the browser reconnects to the site, the website recognizes the type of device the User is connecting from. Parameters allow reading the information contained in them only by the server that created them. Cookies facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
